Summary: Wonderful, authentic experience. Maia and Nina are talented cooks, hospitable hosts, and excellent teachers. The lesson was efficient, informative, and hands-on. There will almost certainly be leftovers of most of the foods you cook, and you will get to take them with you. I would recommend this real life experience to anyone traveling to Tbilisi. Didi madloba, Maia and Nina!

Summary: This whole experiance was so fun. We met them at their apartment and they walked through how to make each dish step by step. They had good conversations with us in the time that everything was cooking. Everything that we made tasted and looked great. I would reccomend this experiance completely and will probably do it again with a different menu the next time we come to tbilisi.

Summary: Great cooking class! Maia and Nina clearly explained how to cook the dishes. They had prepared a few bits and pieces (eg dough, because it needed to rest for a few hours) but otherwise it was a really hands on class. It was not just a cooking demonstration. They sequenced the class so we were always making something, while another dish was cooking. The food was delicious and they are very friendly. I would recommend this class!
